Subscription & Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in the TCF ALL MOVEMENT COMMUNITY, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged each month on or around your original enrollment date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to your next billing date.

If a cancellation request is received fewer than seven (7) business days before your next billing date, the upcoming charge will still be processed. Your cancellation will then take effect for the following billing cycle.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request by email to info@thickchickfitness365.com. Please include your full name and the email address used to register so we can properly locate your account.

Refund Policy – No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once your monthly subscription payment for TCF ALL MOVEMENT COMMUNITY has been processed, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including missed classes or unused membership time.

Agreement

By completing your enrollment in the TCF ALL MOVEMENT COMMUNITY program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
